Our services are not directed at anyone under 16. If you're under 18, please get a parent or guardian's permission before buying.

The Website is our hub for our advertising and AI marketing content, our professional portfolio, our blog, and, now or in future, digital downloads, books, memberships and bookings. We may add, change or remove content, products and features at any time.

Our courses, blogs and downloads, including our AI and marketing content, are for general information and education. They are not professional, legal, financial or business advice. We do not guarantee any particular result, such as sales, followers or income, because results depend on your own circumstances and effort. AI tools and platforms change quickly, so information may go out of date.

• Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely by Squarespace Payments (using Stripe). We don't see or store your full card details.

• A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability, and will refund you if we do.

• Refunds, cancellations and returns are covered by our Refund Policy.

• Digital products are delivered by download or online access after payment.

• You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own learning or business.

• You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, publish or upload it for others, or use it to train an AI product for resale without our written permission.

• Templates may be edited for your own or your business's use, but not resold as templates.

• We may end your access if you breach this section.

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Some items, including custom merchandise, are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner Printful. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Paid memberships renew at the price and interval shown at sign-up until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future payments, as set out in our Refund Policy. We will give reasonable notice of any price change.

Paid bookings are subject to the cancellation terms in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for giving accurate details and attending on time.

All content on the Website, including text, courses, designs, logos, images, videos and portfolio work, belongs to Belky Wara or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission. Client work in the portfolio remains the property of the relevant clients or their brands.

If you post a comment or send us content, you confirm it is your own, lawful and not offensive, misleading or infringing. You keep ownership but give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Website. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Don't misuse the website. In particular, don't attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape it at scale, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.

The website may link to or embed third-party sites and services (such as Instagram, Squarespace, Stripe and Printful). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

We try to keep the Website running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may suspend it for maintenance or updates.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot legally be limited. If you are a consumer, your legal rights remain unaffected, including that goods and digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss of profit, business or data, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. For continued use of the website, the current version applies.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Failing to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring claims in your local courts, and mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
